The Plot is a carved piece of nature overlooking the Nile river hence, the layout and the architectural forms should follow and coexist with the surrounding context and its distinct scapes. This will create an ongoing dialogue between the surroundings and the project’s intervention. The design should relate to tradition, yet attached to context and region.Philosophy is always related to context and history of the region and that should be reflected in the design as well by using contextual materials, consider local climatic needs, narrate an experience which is inspired from the surrounding region and its traditions. These aspects all add up to the resiliency of the project which enhances the ability of a building, facility, or community.
